2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

3. Products and Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, pricing, images and information are accurate. However, we do not warrant that all content is error-free, complete or current.

Product appearance, materials and color may vary slightly due to manufacturing processes, production runs and screen settings.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.

Payment must be completed at checkout using the available payment methods. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 International Fulfillment

Some products may be shipped from international fulfillment centers, including Asia.

5.2 Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions and other factors beyond our control.

5.3 Import Duties and Taxes

If your order is shipped internationally, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees and carrier handling charges. These charges are not included in the product price and remain the responsibility of the customer.

Failure to pay these fees may result in delayed delivery, return of the shipment, or forfeiture of the order without refund of shipping charges.

5.4 Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the shipment is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 100-day return policy from the date of delivery for all orders placed on or after January 1, 2026.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in reasonable original condition.

  • Excessive damage, misuse or hygiene-related issues may result in refusal of the return.

  • All return shipments must include valid tracking information.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • International returns may require customs documentation and carrier fees.

Please note: Returns are shipped internationally to China. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs fees, carrier charges and documentation requirements. Transit times may be longer than domestic shipments.

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

7. Order Cancellation

Due to automated fulfillment processes, orders may only be canceled within a limited time after purchase. Once processing has begun, cancellation may no longer be possible and the return process must be followed instead.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties and Medical Disclaimer

Products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heal Sleep shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from or related to the use of our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Heal Sleep from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising out of your use of the website or violation of these Terms.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content including text, images, logos, graphics and designs are the property of Heal Sleep and may not be used without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

13. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your purchase shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association.

You waive any right to participate in class actions or class-wide arbitration.
