RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Return & Exchange Policy applies to all purchases made through the Heal Sleep website by customers located in the United States and internationally.
Heal Sleep is a company established in the Netherlands. All returns and exchanges are processed internationally.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Period
We offer a 100-day return period from the date of delivery for all orders placed on or after January 1, 2026.
Return requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
2. International Returns Only
All returns and exchanges must be shipped exclusively to our international return address in China.
We do not offer domestic return addresses in the United States or Europe.
Returns sent to any address other than the official return address will not be accepted or processed.
3. Strict Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

The product must be returned in original, unused, and resalable condition.

The product must be free from any signs of use, including but not limited to stains, odors, hair, dust, moisture, deformation, tears, or damage.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, protective materials, and labels.

Products that have been opened, used, washed, altered, or contaminated may be rejected for hygiene and safety reasons.

Any product that does not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial or no refund at our sole discretion.

All return shipments must include valid Track & Trace information and proof of shipment.

Returns sent without prior written approval from Heal Sleep will not be accepted.
4. Return Process

Contact us at info@heal-sleep.com with your order number and reason for return.

If approved, you will receive return authorization and the official return instructions.

Ship the product according to the provided instructions and retain proof of shipment and tracking.

Once the return is received and inspected, an eligible refund or exchange will be processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs and Risks

All return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer.

International returns may require customs documentation and may incur carrier handling fees, duties, taxes, or administrative charges. All such costs are borne by the customer.

Heal Sleep is not responsible for lost, delayed, seized, damaged, or misrouted return shipments.

If a return shipment is refused by customs or the carrier, no refund will be issued.
6. Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.

Shipping fees, customs fees, duties, and carrier charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time.

If the returned product does not meet the strict return conditions, no refund may be issued.
7. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges.

International shipping times may apply.
