Shipping Time
Estimated delivery time is approximately 1–2 weeks from the date of shipment. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or other external factors.
Shipping Origin
Orders may be shipped from international fulfillment centers, including Asia.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, and carrier handling charges. These charges are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Failure to pay these charges may result in delivery delays or return of the shipment.
Tracking
Tracking information will be provided once the order has shipped. Tracking updates may take time to appear depending on the carrier.
Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Heal Sleep is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for carrier delays, customs holds, or lost packages once the shipment has been handed over to the carrier.
